We had a beautiful Hors D'oeu'vre/Dinner of Oysters, scallops, potato and bacon tart, mushrooms, tomato and cheese salad ( Sorry no pictures) This is dessert- Chocolate Tart, Fruit and Cheese, Cheesecake and Strawberries

Fort Campbell Visit

We went to Fort Campbell on Friday to visit with Eddie II before he left for Afghanistan. This is the Headquarter Building he is assign to.

Potato Soup and Mexican Dinner

I did make potato soup for lunch today. No recipe really, just an "appropiate" amount of celery, onion, potato, butter and milk.I had mexican cornbread muffin with mine and Frank had a wedge of regular cornbrea.
Dinner was Mexican. Ground beef (sorry, girls), black beans, veggies and sauces. We ate some with tortillas and some with chips.

January 29, 2010 Snow
