CROCKPOT REPAINT

I needed to take chili to a pilots club dinner and my crockpot was not very presentable and I didn't have time to go out and buy a new one so I sanded a little and painted it with Appliance Paint and it looks pretty good.

What happened to my paint color??

While finishing the painting and cleanup at White House, we had a couple of nicks in the paint in the dining room so I got out the paint we had used ( 5 gallons I had mixed from left over beige/cream paint ) and patched them. When they dried, a color difference showed so I had to repaint the entire wall a shade darker than rest of room. I just don't know what happened to the paint color since spring when I painted it the first time.
