Wheel of Fortune
You may wonder why I put a picture of Karen decorating the wedding cake, but you will see that she donated that turntable to a project we were planning.
One of our renters is sales manager for a call center and needed a "Wheel of Forture" to use in training and motivation for prizes.
First I painted it white.
Then we mounted it on repurposed shelf brackets.
To support it for her desk height, we mounted it on a wooden tabletop after we shortened the legs.
Frank cutting a slot to hold the flipper.
We used monocoat for the red center and red pinstripe (both from Frank's RC supplies ) to mark the divisions on the wheel.
Finished wheel with pegs and flipper. Marcella told us it was a big hit and all departments want to use it.
House repairs in progress
I have decided that I should just post pictures as I do them instead of trying to do a proper blog so here are some pics of house repairs.
This is the back of the house painted and with shutters up.
This is the doorway between the kitchen and laundry.
This is the old doorway between the living room and dining room. I had to strip all the old paint.
East side of house (road ) with paint and shutters ups.
