I could not get any text to print with this photo. Don't know why. I have never grown, cooked or eat this squash but I have plenty this year and this is the first I have cooked. I'll let you know how we like it. E
hey, yes, they do look like butternut squash...and yeah, they do taste like a mix between sweet potatoes and squash. (i don't think the butter is vegan though!! - i know, smart balance will do) love, k

They were very good. A lot like sweet potatoes with the cinnamon sugar and butter. E
